All pieces made at Azula are made with hand. There is no assembly line. Every piece we make is assembled by hand, cut by hand, painted by hand, packed by hand. Therefore each piece is unique on it's own, the hand and the imperfections make it art and give it it's character.

Yes, each piece launched is limited in number. Any piece bought will have it's edition number at the bottom. Once an edition is sold, it will never be made again.

YES!

Most pieces leave our studio within 3-5 working days. Some pieces that require drying/setting might take upto 6 business days. Pre-ordered pieces will given a date of release.

Yes, we have a 30 day return policy. If you wish to make a return please send an email to info@studioazula.com, once we accept your return we will inform you. Any piece sent back without being accepted by us first, will not qualify as a return and no refund will be provided. All returns will only be accepted in original condition, unused with it's tag and original packaging.
